FAQ
We do not require specific dancewear for our classes. However, we encourage children to wear comfortable clothing that allows them to move freely, such as leggings, shorts, or play clothes. Because our instructors are unable to change your child during the day, please make sure they are dressed appropriately before class begins. Depending on the class your child is enrolled in, they may need ballet shoes, tap shoes, or tennis shoes. In many classes, socks or rubber-soled shoes are perfectly acceptable. We’ll let you know if any specific footwear is recommended for your child’s class.
We accept enrollment year-round, so it’s never too late to join the fun! As long as space is available in your child’s class, they are welcome to jump in and start dancing with us at any time.
Absolutely! We offer a free trial class so your child can experience the fun and see if it’s a good fit before enrolling. Just contact us to schedule your demo, we’d love to welcome your little one to class!
Yes, we do! We’re happy to offer a discount for families enrolling multiple children. Please contact us for current rates and details based on your class selections.
Tuition is billed automatically on the first of each month through our secure online checkout. You’ll set up your payment method during enrollment, and autopay is required to hold your child’s spot in class. This makes things simple and ensures uninterrupted participation!
Yes, we charge a small registration fee to help cover administrative costs and secure your child’s spot in class. This fee is collected at the time of enrollment.
If you need to withdraw from a class, just call, email, or submit the contact form on our website. To avoid being charged for the next month, please notify us by the 25th of the current month. We’ll be sad to see you go, but we understand that plans change and we’re here to help make the transition smooth.
Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer refunds or credits for missed classes, absences, holidays, or unforeseen closures. Monthly tuition reserves your child’s spot in class and helps us keep class sizes small and consistent.
Yes. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month, and a $15 late fee will be added to your account if the balance is not paid in full by the 15th. To avoid late fees and ensure your child’s continued enrollment, we recommend keeping autopay active and up to date.
We communicate primarily through email, so please be sure to provide your best email address during registration and add us to your contacts to avoid missing important updates. You’ll receive class reminders, announcements, and billing notifications straight to your inbox.
The safety of our students and families is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather, classes may be canceled based on local conditions. Each location will make its own weather-related decisions, and families will be notified promptly by email if a class is canceled.
